James Alston Paxton, nicknamed "Big Maple", is a Canadian former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball for the Seattle Mariners, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, and Los Angeles Dodgers. Paxton played college baseball for the Kentucky Wildcats.
